Alongside Gordon Porlock (Alan Mandel), a disgruntled company archivist with a bag of recordings of the station’s last known occupant, Aubrey Wood (Tash Reith-Banks), their journey took them to the limits of experimental science, confronting horror and trauma from the past, present and future. Season 1 concluded with Warren and Gordon uncovering far more than they had bargained for, and the new season delves into the aftermath of their discoveries.

The show has received acclaim from listeners around the world and earlier this year was nominated for two awards at the international Audio Verse Awards, winning Best Song for the anthem ‘Morior Invictus’. A miniseries (While You Were Hypersleeping) was then released that told the story of what happened to Gordon Porlock immediately after Season 1 ended and is available via all podcast providers.

Joining Season 2 are a number of experienced actors from stage and screen who have worked on projects from Neil Gaiman’s The Sandman for Audible, to performing at the Globe and on the RSC stage; including Rachel Fowler, Daon Broni, Susan Hingley and David Charles.

Season 2 returns to Red Valley, where Warren and Gordon appear to have solved the mystery of what’s going on at the isolated research station - the only catch is they’re now part of it.
